Apache livestock sales report
Stockman's Livestock Inc., Apache, Okla., reported receipts of 3,209 head Nov. 2, compared to 3,264 head last week and 2,278 head last year, according to the USDA-Oklahoma Department of Agriculture Market News, Oklahoma City, Okla. Compared to last week, feeder steers and heifers were steady to $3 lower. Steer calves were steady to $3 lower. Heifer calves were steady to $2 lower. Demand was moderate to good for all classes. Weigh-ups were average to full. The supply included 49% steers, 40% heifers, 10% bulls and 35% over 600 pounds.
