Parmak introduces new fence charger models

Parker McCrory Manufacturing Co., the world's oldest name and largest selling brand of electric fence chargers, announced the introduction of their new models of electric fence chargers for 2007.

To complement the industry's most technically advanced Range Master (model RM1) charger, Parmak has up-dated all of their battery, solar powered and 110 to120 volt AC models. The new units features latest state-of-the-art electronics, solar panels and color keyed terminals.

The Super Energizer 4, built for large pastures and controlled grazing of livestock, has an operational range of 50 miles. The Mark 7, is designed for medium to large pastures, and has a 30-mile range. The Fieldmaster 2 is ideal for small to medium pastures with a range of 15 miles. All three models are low impedance fencer chargers with advanced built-in computer controlled circuitry. Both the SE 4 and Mark 7 are excellent for predator control and feature the all-new digital meter that shows voltage on the fence at any given time.

Established in 1921, Parker McCrory Manufacturing Co. is proud of its contribution to the early American farmers. From the Parmak Wind Charger, which generated electricity from wind and provided electrical power for the first time to thousands of farms, to the Super Parmak radios, to the Parmak electric fence chargers, Parker McCrory has been a part of American farm life for over 85 years.

In the early 1930s Parker McCrory pioneered the electric fencing industry. In fact the word "electronics" did not appear in the dictionary until 1940. Nineteen years after Parker McCrory started making "Precision Electronic equipment ." Parmak has grown to become the world's oldest and largest volume manufacturer of electric fence chargers with worldwide distribution.

Through the years Parmak has originated every major advancement in electric fencing such as the worlds first solid-state electric fencer in 1958 and America's first solar powered fencer in 1976. Parker McCrory continues to be the industry leader in innovation and has earned the reputation of being the highest quality electric fencer on the market.

In 1999, Parker McCrory Manufacturing Co. acquired Baygard Electric Fence Products, a division of Bay Mills Limited. With Parker McCrory's acquisition of Baygard, Parker McCrory further expands it's leadership in the electric fence market by offering its customers a complete line of top quality fencing products including Parmak electric fence chargers, Baygard wire, rope, and tape, electric fence insulators, portable electric fence posts and other fence accessories.
