The Renew Rural Iowa seminars are for entrepreneurs who want to build or grow their business. Even established entrepreneurs are finding value in attending Renew Rural Iowa seminars. Adam Pollock, owner of Elkader's innovating lighting design company, Fire Farm, says he came to Renew Rural Iowa to plan for the future of his company. "I needed certain questions answered about my business which Renew Rural Iowa addressed such as, 'Where do we fit? How big is the market we serve? How well are we serving it? What is my potential growth and if there isn't potential, what are the core underlying reasons?'
