Pratt 3 p.m. cattle sales

The Pratt Livestock Auction, Pratt, Kan., reported estimated receipts of 700 head, as of 3 p.m., June 21, according to the Kansas Department of Agriculture-USDA Market News, Dodge City, Kan.

Compared with last week, feeder steers and heifers at 300 to 600 pounds were not enough for a market test. Feeder steers at 600 to 950 pounds were not enough for a market test of any class. Feeder heifers at 600 to 800 pounds were not enough for a market test, and 800 to 850 pounds were steady.

Feeder steers: Medium and large frame 1, 56 head, 623 lbs., 116.75; 24 head, 694 lbs., 113.00; 68 head, 738 lbs., 106.75; 63 head, 786 lbs., 114.35; 67 head, 895 lbs., 104.35; 58 head, 946 lbs., 101.35.

Feeder heifers: Medium and large frame 1, 37 head, 622 lbs., 101.75; 16 head, 684 lbs., 97.00; 34 head, 784 lbs., 100.85; 800-850 lbs., 99.00-102.25.
