Pratt 3 p.m. cattle saleThe Pratt Livestock Auction, Pratt, Kan., reported estimated receipts of 2,000 head, July 19, as of 3 p.m., according to the Kansas Department of Agriculture-USDA Market News, Dodge City, Kan. Compared with last week, feeder steers and heifers under 600 pounds not enough for a market test. Steers 600 to 1000 pounds were steady, instances were $2 higher, heifers 600 to 950 pounds were steady in light supply. Feeder steers: Medium and large frame 1, 34 head, 599 lbs., 129.50; 10 head, 602 lbs., 125.00; 7 head, 680 lbs., 112.00; 35 head, 745 lbs., 122.25; 750 to 800 lbs., 113.75 to 117.60; 800 to 850 lbs., 115.75 to 117.60; 850 to 900 lbs., 112.00 to 115.50; 49 head, 944 lbs., 107.00; 63 head, 979 lbs., 105.35.
