Clovis cattle sales report
The Clovis Livestock Auction Co., Clovis, N.M., July 11, reported estimated receipts of 2,500 head, according to the USDA-New Mexico Department of Agriculture Market News, Clovis, N.M. Compared to last month, Holstein steers were steady. Feeder steers and heifers not yet established. Slaughter cows and bull not yet established. Holstein feeder steers: Large frame 3, few 350 to 353 lbs., 102.50 to 106.00; 400 to 500 lbs., 102.75 to 103.85; 500 to 550 lbs., 97.85 to 103.75; 550 to 600 lbs., 94.00 to 97.00; load 602 lbs., 94.00.
