The Sioux Falls feeder pig auction, Sioux Falls, S.D., reported receipts of 478 head Feb. 20, compared to 526 head two weeks ago, and 839 head last year, according to the USDA-South Dakota Department of Agriculture Market News, Sioux Falls, S.D. Compared to two weeks ago, feeder pigs sold $4 to $5 lower. Buyer attendance moderate with moderate demand. All sales based on actual weight and sold by the head. U.S. 1: 107 head, 75 lbs., 49.00; 102 head, 82 lbs., 54.50. U.S. 1 to 2: 138 head, 18 lbs., 18.00; 22 head, 74 lbs., 45.00; 25 head, 89 lbs., 40.00.
