SELF-PROPELLED SPRAYERS--John Deere introduces a completely new line of sprayers, the 4730, 4830 and 4930 Series Self-Propelled Sprayers. The 4730 Sprayer, rated at 245 horsepower, leads the line-up by delivering 20 more horsepower than the previous model to better handle rolling terrain, hillsides, and tough field conditions. The 4830 Sprayer is a mid-sized machine with a PowerTech Plus 275-horsepower engine (with a peak 300-horsepower rating), 1000-gallon solution capacity, and boom sizes up to 100 feet. The 4930 Sprayer offers a 325-horsepower engine, 1200-gallon solution tank and boom widths up to 120 feet.
