Apache cattle auction reportStockman's Livestock Inc., Apache, Okla., reported receipts of 2,538 head Aug. 20, compared to 2,864 head last week and 5,489 head last year, according to the USDA-Oklahoma Department of Agriculture Market News, Oklahoma City, Okla. Compared to last week, all cattle sold steady. Cattle were in slightly thin to fleshy conditions. The supply included 55% steers, 37% heifers, 7% bulls, and 68% over 600 pounds.
