Ogallala cattle salesThe Ogallala Livestock Auction Market, Ogallala, Neb., reported receipts of 650 head Aug. 1, according to the USDA-Nebraska Department of Agriculture Market News, Kearney, Neb. There was no comparison to last week, due to no feeder sale. The light run had no trend to compare with, but steers accounted for 68% and heifers 32% of the offering, with 77% over 600 pounds.
