Dunlap livestock sales reportThe Dunlap Livestock Auction, Dunlap, Iowa, reported receipts of 4,514 head Aug. 3, according to the Iowa Department of Agriculture-USDA Market News, Des Moines, Iowa. This was the 57th anniversary sale and was very well attended. All seats were full and a very active market. No sales recent enough for comparison. Steers made up 41% of the receipts, heifers 53% and Holsteins 6%, with 61% over 600 pounds.
