Unverferth 1110 grain cart offers several featuresDual-auger unloading power; low-profile, narrow design for safer transport, space-efficient storage Unverferth Manufacturing Co., Inc., announces the Unverferth 1110 grain cart, the first-ever, low-profile dual-auger Unverferth grain cart. The model 1110 combines 1,100 bushel capacity with more than 800 bushel per minute unloading speed and a narrow, 12-foot transport width for enhanced harvest efficiency and a faster return to the combine. The model 1110 grain cart's rapid unloading speed is the result of its dual augers, coupled with an innovatively designed drive system. This unique drive-train features a 280 hp static-rated, direct-drive gearbox that powers the 22-inch unloading auger and is fed by the high-output, double #80 chain driven 20-inch horizontal auger. Its unique auger design achieves an impressive 14-foot, 3-inch unloading height and extended-length 7-foot reach. During in-field transport, the upper portion of the unloading auger folds back to the middle of the cart front and rests on a handy, flip-up stand. This allows for its quick return to the working position. For road transport and space-efficient storage, the rest stand flips down and the upper auger is fully lowered to completely fit against the fixed lower tube. The downspout features a hydraulically operated deflector for easily targeting grain to the center of the truck and topping off a load. Undercarriage options include single wheels and tires, walking-tandem style duals, or a tracked undercarriage with air cushioning for smoother trailing. Additional accessories include a scale package with optional printer and data downloader, and cameras for monitoring the unloading and/or road traffic. The Unverferth 1110 comes complete with rollover tarp and is available in a choice of tractor-red or green baked-on finish with silicone-sealed seams for corrosion resistance.
