St. Joseph feeder pigs

The St. Joseph feeder pig auction St. Joseph, Mo., reported receipts of 200 head April 24, compared to 42 head last week and 146 head last year, according to the USDA-Missouri Department of Agriculture Market News, St. Joseph, Mo.

Compared to last week's light receipts feeder pigs not well tested. Undertone was higher on all weights. Prices paid per head on actual weights.

U.S. 1 to 2: lot 30 lbs., 32.00; 46 to 49 lbs., 40.00 to 43.50; 52 to 58 lbs., 45.00 to 47.00; lot 63 lbs., 51.75; package 72 lbs., 61.00; package 76 lbs., 50.00; package 84 lbs., 50.00.
