Pratt 3 p.m. cattle salesPratt Livestock Inc., Pratt, Kan., July 27, reported estimated receipts of 2,000 head, as of 3 p.m., according to the Kansas Department of Agriculture Market News Service, Dodge City, Kan. Compared with last week, feeder steers and heifers weighing 300 to 600 pounds were not established as of 3 p.m. Feeder steers at 600 to 1000 pounds and heifers at 600 to 900 pounds were steady in a light supply. Feeder steers: Medium and large frame 1, 600 to 650 lbs., 118.00 to 121.50; 25 head, 746 lbs., 118.00; 20 head, 756 lbs., 116.50; 800 to 850 lbs., 112.85 to 114.85; 850 to 900 lbs., 109.85 to 113.00; 60 head, 969 lbs., 105.50. Feeder heifers: Medium and large frame 1, 24 head, 647 lbs., 113.50; 650 to 700 lbs., 113.00 to 115.00; 700 to 750 lbs., 107.85 to 111.75; 40 head, 783 lbs., 104.75; 800 to 850 lbs., 100.35 to 102.50; 64 head, 878 lbs., 99.00.
