NORAC UC4 Total ControlSpray Height Controller helps reduce stress

The UC4 Total ControlSpray Height Controller from NORAC relieves the operator from stress from monitoring field contours and making the constant boom height adjustments. No longer having to move your head from side to side for many hours, means the system frees the operator from the most demanding part of the job. This allows the operator to increase travel speeds and application time well into the night to take advantage of low wind conditions.

With the UC4 Total Control System, booms automatically follow the contours of the land. The ultrasonic sensors mounted to each boom automatically maintain a preset height of the boom above the ground or crop. The UC4 Total Control System can also control the center roll section (on models so equipped), monitor its activities and provide the operator with a Total Control boom management system, which controls all three sections.

Proportional valves enable the UC4 system to operate each boom smoothly. Height corrections are smooth, even and automatic. Boom height sensors can be set to read the height from the soil surface or the top of the crop. The UC4 Total Control allows the operator a choice of operational modes--a soil mode for pre/post emerge row crop and fallow spraying, and a crop mode for canopied crops, small grains and so on. The "smart" sensors to distinguish the ground from standing crop or field residue.

Easy to use and durable, the Total Control set up is quick and easy due to NORAC's user friendly set-up. The UC4 Total Control allows the operator a fully programmable, on the go boom height control from the cab, with the flip of a switch. Made for years of reliable service, the internal electronics are epoxy sealed to be virtually impervious to moisture damage. Custom mounting kits are available for most brands of sprayers.
