Eddy 1 will work on narrower lots

Untitled
Sometimes when one is looking at lots, one needs a narrow home but one that can be deep. The Eddy 1 (408-38) is only 39 feet wide and is 61 feet deep. It has great eye appeal with its covered porch and gabled porch roof as well as its contemporary lines.

The front door opens into the long open living room. There is a large window in front overlooking the front yard and two windows down the right side. The rear right corner is an opening dining room with sliding glass doors that go out to the patio in the rear.

The kitchen is spacious and very well laid out. It has a dividing wall that has counter space and the refrigerator. On the back wall is an angular area with the dual sinks and eating bar as well as the dishwasher. A corner pantry behind a bi-fold door is tucked in the corner. The range and oven is on the left wall as is another storage area. Adjacent to this are the washer and dryer hidden away by another set of bi-fold doors.

There are two bedrooms in the rear of this long home, each with big windows overlooking the backyard and wall closets. A full bath with a single sink, tub, and linen closet is in the hall just outside the bedrooms.

The master suite is behind the two-car garage, protected from street noises by the bulk of the garage structure. It has a large window on the side and one over the dual sinks in the master bath, which has a large shower. A linen closet is adjacent to the master bath and large walk-in closet is on the right side of the main suite.

A final touch to this home is a door that opens off the entry and goes down into the garage. It is ideal for those horrible days of winter when we do not want to get wet when we get out of the car.
