The Woodward Livestock Auction, Woodward, Okla., reported receipts of 6,560 head, compared to 2,635 head last week, according to the USDA Market News Service, Oklahoma City, Okla.

Compared to last week, feeder steers were $1 to $3 higher. Feeder heifers were $2 to $2.50 higher. Steer calves were $1.50 to $2 higher, and heifer calves were $2 to $4 higher. Demand was very good for all classes. Fill was average to full. Quality was average to plain, end attractive on calves. The supply was comprised 62% steers, 34% heifers with 80% over 600 pounds.
