Pratt Livestock Inc., Pratt, Kan., Oct. 27, reported estimated receipts of 1,500 head, as of 3 p.m., according to the Kansas Department of Agriculture Market News Service, Dodge City, Kan.

Compared with last week, feeder steers and heifers 300 to 600 pounds not enough for a market test. Feeder steers 600 to 1000 pounds were steady in a light supply. Feeder heifers 600 to 950 pounds not enough for a market test, although a lower undertone was noted.

Feeder steers: Medium and large frame 1, 5 head, 617 lbs., 116.00; 4 head, 663 lbs., 113.50; 700 to 750 lbs., 116.00 to 119.60; 800 to 850 lbs., 113.50 to 115.50; 15 head, 916 lbs., 109.25; 3 head, 958 lbs., 108.50.

Feeder heifers: Medium and large frame 1 650 to 700 lbs., 109.50 to 111.00; 700 to 750 lbs., 109.00 to 111.00; 9 head, 911 lbs., 101.75.
