Compared with last week there were not enough medium and large frame 1 steers or heifers for an accurate market test. Slaughter cows and bulls steady to firm.

Slaughter cows: Breaker and Boners, 80 to 85 percent lean, 53.00 to 55.00, few high dressing 55.50 to 59.00, low dressing 47.50 to 52.25. Lean, 85 to 90 percent lean, 45.50 to 52.50, low dressing 36.00 to 45.00.

Slaughter bulls: Yield Grade 1 and 2, 59.75 to 64.50, low dressing 51.00 to 58.00.
