The St. Joseph, Mo., feeder pig auction reported estimated receipts of 150 head Nov. 22, according to the USDA Market News Service, St. Joseph, Mo.

Compared to last week, feeder pig prices were very uneven for the second straight week. Two top quality reputation consignments sold fully steady, but demand was very light and prices were sharply lower for the remainder of the offering which was made up of smaller packages. The upcoming holiday has pressured both slaughter hog and feeder pig demand with fewer outlets available. Prices per head on actual weights.
