South Central direct sheepThe South Central Direct Sheep sales report for the week ending Nov. 18 showed receipts of 600 slaughter goats, according to the USDA Market News Service, San Angelo, Texas. Compared to last week, feeder lambs, slaughter ewes and replacement ewes were not tested. Slaughter goats wre firm to $2 higher. Trading is at a standstill. Demand is moderate for limited supplies. Slaughter meat goats: Kids, 600 head, Selection 1 and 2, 50 to 60 lbs., 105.00 to 107.00. Date: 11/23/05
