Compared to last week, feeder steers and feeder heifers weighing 300 to 700 pounds were not enough for market test but a steady undertone was noted. Feeder steers weighing 700 to 1000 pounds were steady. Feeder heifers weighing 700 to 950 pounds were steady to $1 higher. Trade was active, demand was good. Slaughter cows and bulls sold $1 lower. Receipts included 94% 600 pounds and over, 4% 600 pounds and under, 2% cows and bulls. The feeder supply included 63% steers and 37% heifers.
