Soybean commission sets meetingKansas The Kansas Soybean Commission has scheduled its next meeting to be held Aug. 4. The meeting will be held at the International Grains Program Building on the Campus of Kansas State University in Manhattan, and will begin at 8 a.m. The Kansas Soybean Commission will discuss its current research, market development, and education programs, as well as other administrative items. A complete agenda can be obtained by contacting Kenlon Johannes, Administrator at 800-328-7390. The Kansas Soybean Commission, along with the United Soybean Board, administers the national soybean checkoff program. Soybean checkoff funds are used to fund soybean research, market development, education and promotional projects. Date: 7/22/04
