Sensor monitors grain bins
Brownless Trucking Inc., Unity, Saskatchewan, now offers the Full-Bin Super Sensor, to let producers know when grain bins are full.
A sensor attached to the auger spout detects when the bin is full and electronically signals the light placed on the auger tubing or any convenient location for quick visibility. It is effective with any style or size of bin and can be used for augers, conveyors and leg systems. The sensor can be used with a long spout, a short spout or no spout at all. The reflector tape on the sensor makes it much easier to place in the hole of the bin.
The unit is simple and accurate to use. The sensor and the light are encased in a durable, sealed housing for protection from weather and tough usage. It's virtually maintenance-free.
The Full-Bin Super Sensor can be installed in under one hour and is shipped complete with wiring harness.
The same unit can be used to fill air seeder tanks as well, with separate wiring harnesses.
