Tacos
Chef:  Margaret Williams - Boise City, OK          Category:  Main Dishes

Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons chili powder
12 medium tortillas, flour
1/2 pound mild Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 (small) onion, chopped
1 (large) tomato, chopped
1 (small) head lettuce, chopped
2 cups tomato juice
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce







Directions: Brown ground beef in skillet. When brown add garlic powder, chili powder, and 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce to meat. To make taco sauce, heat together tomato juice Worcestershire sauce in microwave for 4 to 5 minutes until hot. Fill warm tortillas with 2 tablespoons ground beef mixture, cheese, tomato, onion, lettuce and taco sauce.

Notes: At the table each person can make their own tacos to suit their taste
