Quick Pumpkin Cake

Ingredients:
1 box yellow cake mix
3 eggs
1 cup pumpkin
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup water
2 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1/2 cup nuts, chopped
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
1 stick butter or margarine
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla









Directions: Beat pumpkin, eggs and sugar. Add water, beat mixture and add to cake mix, beat 2 minutes. Add nuts. Bake according to cake mix directions in bundt pan that has been greased and floured. Topping: Mix together cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar and vanilla. (You may add a touch of lemon flavoring also if preferred.)

Notes: A great holiday dessert that you can bake without a lot of work.
