Deluxe Brownies

Ingredients:
1 1/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
2 1/4 cups sugar
5 eggs, lightly beaten
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 1/2 cups flour
2/3 cup baking cocoa
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups pecans, chopped
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup mini-marshmallows







Directions: In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well. Combine dry ingredients; add to creamed mixture. Stir in pecans. Spread into a greased 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 325°F for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool completely on a wire rack. Frosting: In a sauce pan over low heat cook and stir 1 cup sugar,1/4 cup butter and 1/4 cup milk until dissolved. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips and marshmallows. Spread over bars. Serve warm or cold. Makes 2 1/2 dozen.

Notes: These gooey when warm, fluffy when cooled brownies will melt in your mouth.
