Buttermilk Pecan Pie

Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter, melted
3 eggs, beaten
1 cup buttermilk
2 cups sugar
3 tablespoons flour
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
1 (9 inch) pie shell











Directions: Preheat oven to 300°F. Cream butter and sugar. Blend in vanilla and eggs. Add flour and salt. Mix well. Stir in buttermilk and nuts. Pour into crust. Bake for 1 hour, 30 minutes.

Notes: This pie is not too sweet.
