Mystery Pie

Ingredients:
20 buttered crackers
1 cup pecans, chopped
1 cup sugar
3 egg whites
1 teaspoon vanilla















Directions: Crush crackers in plastic bag. Add 1/2 cup of the sugar and 1/2 cup pecans. Beat egg whites until stiff. Beat into egg whites the second 1/2 cup of sugar and 1/2 cup pecans, a little at a time. Add the vanilla. Fold the cracker mixture in the egg whites. Butter a 9 inch pie plate. Bake in 350°F oven for 30 minutes. Serve with whipped cream, fruit or ice cream

Notes: Very quick and easy!
