2 pints whipping cream
1 (large) package instant vanilla pudding
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups sugar
Directions: Mix all ingredients together. Pour into a one gallon ice cream freezer and fill the freezer the rest of the way up with milk, and freeze.
Notes: You may use any flavor pudding. It's good for diabetics, using sugar free pudding and substituting 24 packages of Equal for the sugar.
