1 1/2 cups round butter crackers
1/2 cup margarine, melted
2 tablespoons sugar
1 (8 oz.) container whipped topping
1 cup sugar
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
2 (3 oz.) packages peach gelatin
2 cups boiling water
2 cups cold water
1 (29 oz.) can sliced peaches with juice
Directions: Crust: Crush butter crackers and mix with margarine and sugar and pat into a 9x13 inch glass pan. Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes. Cool crust.
Filling: Mix whipped topping, sugar and cream cheese together and spread on cooled crust. Chill.
Topping: Mix gelatin, water and peaches. Refrigerate until almost set, then pour on top of filling layer. Refrigerate. Makes 8 servings.
Notes: This tastes just like peaches and cream.
