chicken or beef broth
Directions: Beat as many eggs as desired, starting with 4 to get an idea. Sprinkle with salt, and enough flour to make a stiff dough. Put dough on floured surface and knead. Then roll out as thin as desired. Dip in chicken or beef broth and cook until done.
Notes: These are a favorite of the family. When the grandkids come they always ask if we are going to have homemade noodles and of course we do.
