1 pound ground beef
1/4 pound pork sausage
1 tablespoon canola oil
1 onion, chopped
1 cup chopped celery
1 (16 oz.) package spaghetti
1 pound processed American cheese
1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms
1 (10 oz.) can Ro-Tel tomatoes & green chilies
1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
1 (15 oz.) can cream style corn
salt and pepper to taste
Directions: Saute onion and celery in oil; add meat and brown and add other ingredients except spaghetti. Boil spaghetti, drain and add to other ingredients. Add cheese and cook over low heat till cheese is melted. Put in casserole and bake in 350°F oven until bubbly, about 20 to 30 minutes.
Notes: I like to substitute chicken for the beef and sausage. This freezes very well.
