Cowboy Beans

Ingredients:
1/2 pound ground beef
8 slices bacon
2 onions, cut into rings
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 cup vinegar
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup barbeque sauce
2 tablespoons molasses
1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke, optional
1 can navy beans, drained
1 can butter beans, drained

1 can dark red kidney beans, drained
1 can pork & beans, undrained

Directions: Brown ground beef. Pan fry bacon until crisp, drain and crumble. Mix beef, bacon, onions, sugars, mustard, garlic salt, pepper, salt, chili powder, vinegar, ketchup, barbecue sauce, molasses and liquid smoke. Mix well. Add beans. Mix well. Bake in 3 quart casserole for 1 hour at 350°F or put in crockpot all day on low. Freezes well.
