Fettuccine Salad

Ingredients:
8 ounces fettuccine
1/2 cup olive oil
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup lime juice
5 teaspoons brown mustard
3/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
3/4 teaspoon dried basil, crushed
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder with parsley
1 tomato, chopped
1 zucchini, sliced
1/2 cup black olives, sliced








Directions: Prepare fettuccine according to package directions; drain. Combine oil, Parmesan cheese, lime juice, mustard, pepper, basil, seasoned salt and garlic powder in a small bowl. Mix thoroughly. Combine fettuccine with tomato, black olives and zucchini in a large bowl. Pour dressing on top and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
