1 quart frozen strawberries
1 (12 oz.) container whipped topping
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (drained)
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 cup pecans, chopped
Directions: Thaw frozen strawberries and drain and save juice. Combine all ingredients and add enough juice to give pink color. Freeze in 9x13 inch pan. Serve frozen.
Notes: This is a salad that I keep on hand alot for the holidays. Our family really likes it.
