1 shortbread pie crust
6 cups strawberries
1 cup Equal brand artificial sweetener
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1/2 cup water
red cake coloring
fat free whipped topping
Directions: Slice strawberries. Mix sugar and cornstarch in pan. Stir in water and berries; gradually cook on medium heat, stirring constantly, until thick then boil 1 minute cool. Add red cake coloring. Put in crust and top with whipped topping.
Notes: This is a pie that either a diabetic or non-diabetic can enjoy.......
