4 or 5 avocados, depending on size
1 (3 oz.) box lime gelatin
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple, crushed or tidbits, drained
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, room temperature
1 (8 oz.) carton whipped topping
Directions: Peel, core and coarsely mash avocados. Set aside. Mix gelatin in drained pineapple until dissolved. Stir in cream cheese, avocado and whipped topping. Cover and refrigerate.
