Ham, Cheese and Noodle Casserole

Ingredients:
1 (14 oz.) bag noodles, cooked and drained
2 cups ham, cubed
8 oz. cheddar cheese, cubed
1 can water chestnuts, sliced and drained
1 medium or large onion, diced
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
salt and pepper to taste
1 package round buttery crackers, crushed
1 stick margarine










Directions: Combine noodles, ham, cheese, chestnuts, onion, soup, sour cream and salt and pepper in a 3 quart greased casserole. Top with crumb mixture of crackers, margarine. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
