Turkey Salad Vinaigrette

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons lime juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 cup red onion, chopped
1 Jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
1 lb. turkey breast, cooked and cut into 1/4 inch cubes
4 red leaf lettuce leaves










Directions: In medium bowl whisk vinegar, oil, lime juice, salt, pepper and ginger. Stir in onion, Jalapeno and turkey. Cover and refrigerate for several hours. To serve, line a plate with lettuce and spoon salad over the top. Serve with bagel chips if desired.
