Chili

Ingredients:
2 lbs. ground beef
1 medium onion
1 envelope chili seasoning
1 (26 oz.) can ranch style beans
1 (46 oz.) can tomato juice
salt and pepper to taste














Directions: Brown the ground beef and onion in a 6 quart pan, until pink is no longer visible, drain if necessary. Add the chili seasoning and stir to mix, add tomato juice and beans. Rinse cans out with small amount of water to get all the good flavors, add salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for an hour or longer.

Notes: For extra spice, add Ro-Tel to chili.
