Donna's Quick Rise Bread Sandwich

Ingredients:
2-1/2 cups flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 package quick rise yeast
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup butter
1 egg, room temperature
1/2 lb. ham
1 lb. turkey
1/2 lb. favorite cheeses
Italian dressing








Directions: Mix flour, sugar, salt and yeast together. Cook milk, butter and water till very hot. Add to dry ingredients, add egg. Mix with dough hooks. Cover with towel and let rise 10 minutes. Turn dough out on bed of flour. Roll around enough so it will spread with out being to sticky. Do not over knead. Spread dough out on greased cookie sheet. Add meat, cheese and dressing in a heaping down the center. Cut slits on both sides of dough to crisscross over stuffing. Let rise 10 minutes. Bake at 375°F for about 20 minutes until golden brown.

Notes: Tips: Before baking, glaze bread with one egg white for a nice shine, sprinkle top with poppy or sesame seeds. Layer meat on bread first, cheese makes the bottom doughy.
