Broccoli Salad

Ingredients:
4 cups fresh broccoli, cut into bite size pieces
1/2 cup raisins
2 tablespoons red onion, chopped
1/3 cup sunflower seeds
5 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
3 tablespoons white sugar
2 tablespoons white vinegar
1 cup mayonnaise












Directions: Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Crumble and set aside. In a salad bowl, toss together broccoli, raisins, sunflower seeds, crumbled bacon and red onions. In a separate bowl, whisk together white sugar, vinegar and mayonnaise. Pour over broccoli mixture and toss to coat.
