Wacky Cake

Ingredients:
3 cups flour
3 (heaping) tablespoons cocoa
2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons soda
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons vinegar
3/4 cup oil
2 cups water, warm
3 teaspoons vanilla
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1 (3 oz.) package cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
small amount of milk (to desired spreading consistency)






Directions: In a 9x13 inch cake pan, mix flour, cocoa, sugar, soda and salt. Make three large holes in flour mixture and pour vinegar in one hole, oil and vanilla in one hole and the water in the third hole. Mix well. Bake at 375°F for 30 minutes. Don't overbake. For frosting cream together margarine, cream cheese and powdered sugar. Add vanilla and milk. Mix well. Frost when cake is completely cool.
