1 head cauliflower
1 bunch green onions
1 small can black olives, sliced
1 cup mayonnaise
Directions: Wash cauliflower and cut into bite size pieces. Chop green onions very thin. Combine all ingredients and refrigerate overnight.
Notes: My great aunt shared this treasured recipe with me at our family reunion recently. It is quite simple and always a favorite with the family. She did say that you must use Hellman's Mayonnaise or it just won't turn out.
