Quick & Easy Pecan Pie

Ingredients:
3 egg whites
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup pecans, chopped
20 round snack crackers, finely crushed d ushed
1 small carton whipped topping














Directions: Beat egg whites, gradually adding sugar, until stiff. Mix in vanilla, cracker crumbs and pecans. Bake in pie plate sprayed with cooking spray, in a 350°F oven about 35 minutes. When cool, top with whipped topping.
