Thrifty Meat Balls

1 lb. ground beef
1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup soda cracker crumbs
1/3 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1 (10-3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom, chicken or celery soup
1/2 can milk

Directions: Combine ground beef, egg, onion, cracker crumbs, milk, salt, pepper and poultry seasoning, mix well. Shape into small balls and put into baking dish. Mix soup with milk and pour over top of meat balls. Bake in a 325° F oven for 1 hour. Yields 4 servings.
