Cheesy Meatloaf

Ingredients:
2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
1/2 cup oat meal, dry
2 eggs, beaten
1-1/2 teaspoons seasoned salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce/divided
cheese











Directions: Mix all ingredients together expect cheese and 1/4 cup of the tomato sauce. Spread half into a greased 9x9 inch baking dish. Place a layer of cheese on top of meat. Add remaining meat and seal edges so cheese does not run out. Spread remaining tomato sauce over top. Bake at 350°F for 65 to 70 minutes. Serves 6-8.

Notes: Use whatever type of cheese you want, we like either Mozzarella or cheddar.
