Savory Slow-Cook Beef-Vegetable Soup

Ingredients:
1 cup potatoes, chopped
1 cup onion, chopped
1 cup carrots, chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
2 lbs. beef
1 tablespoon salt
dash pepper
3 cups water
2 teaspoons beef-flavored base
1 (16 oz.) can cut green beans
1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn









Directions: In slow cooker combine potatoes, onions, carrots, celery, beef, salt, pepper and water. Cover and cook on low heat for 10 to12 hours. Turn on high heat and add undrained corn and green beans, cook for 30 minutes longer. Yields 10-12 servings.
