Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients:
1 -1/2 packages frozen hash browns with onions and peppers
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup sour cream
2 cups cheese, grated
1/4 cup butter
2 cups corn flakes, crushed













Directions: Mix all ingredients, except 1/4 cup butter and corn flakes, together and place in a greased 9x13 inch pan. Top with melted butter and 2 cups crushed corn flakes. Bake uncovered at 45 minutes or 1 hour at 350°F.

Notes: May be mixed ahead of time and stored in refrigerator until ready to bake. It's great for pot luck dinners and church dinners.
